Warranty Coverage

- Accidental damage

Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact us at info@ecestore.com within the warranty period and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect
Upon verification, Eye Connect E-Store Sdn. Bhd. will advise on the appropriate next steps, which may include inspection, repair, replacement, or return, where applicable.
