Warranty Duration
Thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including defects in materials or workmanship under normal business use.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Water or liquid damage
- Accidental damage
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Improper storage or maintenance
Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact us at info@ecestore.com within the warranty period and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect
Upon verification, Eye Connect E-Store Sdn. Bhd. will advise on the appropriate next steps, which may include inspection, repair, replacement, or return, where applicable.
